 Account Executive: Audio Video Sales

Full-Time
  • Responsible for actively pursuing audio-visual integration business opportunities for OSA within corporate and/or  residential environments. 

  • Acts as the team leader for OSA’s delivery of proposals for customer and RFP opportunities, and functions as the lead customer relationship manager for new and assigned accounts.

  • Create & write proposals for clients using DTools Software

  • Possess a good understanding of audiovisual & collaboration technologies

  • Videoconferencing, meeting room spaces, enterprise technologies, digital signage

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to provide solutions

  • Strong understanding of IT and networking technologies

  • Experience with Crestron, QSC, Savant, Lutron, Harman, Christie, Digital Projection, Middle Atlantic +

  • Possess excellent business negotiation skills

Audio Video Installer
Full-Time
  • Installation experience of 2-10 years in AV or related industry

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or at least two years of experience in an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Avixa, Biamp, ClearOne, Savant, Extron, Shure, Certifications are a huge plus.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years installing and commissioning audiovisual equipment including video panels, speakers, racking, microphones, A/V cabling, and wiring.

  • Knowledge of loading and troubleshooting Crestron, Extron, QSC, and Biamp control systems required (not programming).

  • Loading and configuration of Crestron control systems.

  • Experience with Cisco networking including routers, switches, and configuring wireless networks ideal.

  • Can read CAD-generated prints and build blueprints and riser diagrams.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to do advanced troubleshooting on any device.

  • The ability to perform basic math functions.

  • The ability to lift 50-60 lbs., climb, crawl, and raise items overhead
